I love the face palm first look at this wedding (scroll down for a visual explanation), I actually sat here and laughed to myself in my office as I was editing the photos, which is silly, but alas so am I. Kristin and Scott's wedding was just what they wanted to be, it was intimate, it was warm, it was a bunch of people who love Kristin and Scott gathered in a beautiful space. It was awesome. Shevlin Park Wedding Photographs | Vi + Alex

If you can't tell (and hopefully you can), I do really love being a photographer. My favorite things about it are the people I get to spend time with and go through some really meaningful moments with, and getting to be creative and try to follow where inspiration leads. Vi and Alex were an absolute joy to work with. I traveled to Bend (one of my favorite places) for their wedding and had a wonderful day with them and their friends and family. It was really fun to have some terrain that's really different than the Portland area and thankfully Vi and Alex were brave enough to do some wandering through the Desert in their wedding clothes.
